فَاطِرَ السَّمَاوَاتِ وَالْأَرْضِ أَنتَ وَلِيِّي فِي الدُّنْيَا وَالْآخِرَةِ ۖ تَوَفَّنِي مُسْلِمًا وَأَلْحِقْنِي بِالصَّالِحِينَ

اے آسمانوں اور زمین کے پیدا کرنے والے! تو دنیا اور آخرت میں میرا کارساز ہے۔ مجھے اسلام پر موت دے اور نیک لوگوں میں شامل فرما۔
English Translation
O Creator of the heavens and the earth, You are my Protector in this world and the Hereafter. Cause me to die as a Muslim and join me with the righteous.
