Hazrat Adam ki Dua with Urdu & English Translation

Hazrat Adam (A.S) was the first human being and the first prophet sent by Allah Almighty. When he and Hazrat Hawwa (A.S) made a mistake by eating from the forbidden tree in Jannah, they immediately realized their error and turned to Allah in repentance. The dua they recited is known as Hazrat Adam (A.S) ki Dua, a powerful supplication for forgiveness and mercy. This dua teaches us humility, repentance, and the importance of seeking Allah’s pardon sincerely after sinning.

رَبَّنَا ظَلَمْنَا أَنْفُسَنَا وَإِنْ لَّمْ تَغْفِرْ لَنَا وَتَرْحَمْنَا لَنَكُونَنَّ مِنَ الْخَاسِرِينَ

اے ہمارے رب! ہم نے اپنی جانوں پر ظلم کیا، اگر تو ہمیں نہ بخشے اور ہم پر رحم نہ کرے تو یقیناً ہم نقصان اٹھانے والوں میں سے ہو جائیں گے۔

“Our Lord, we have wronged ourselves, and if You do not forgive us and have mercy upon us, we will surely be among the losers.”

When to Recite This Dua
