اللّٰهُمَّ هَذِهِ عَقِيقَةُ ابْنِي (يُقَالُ: عَنْ فُلَانٍ)، دَمُهَا بِدَمِهِ، وَلَحْمُهَا بِلَحْمِهِ، وَعَظْمُهَا بِعَظْمِهِ، وَجِلْدُهَا بِجِلْدِهِ، وَشَعْرُهَا بِشَعْرِهِ، اللّٰهُمَّ اجْعَلْهَا فِدَاءً لِابْنِي مِنَ النَّارِ، بِسْمِ اللّٰهِ اللّٰهُ أَكْبَرُ۔

اے اللہ! یہ میرے بیٹے (یہاں بچے کا نام لیں) کی عقیقہ کی قربانی ہے۔ اس کا خون میرے بیٹے کے خون کے بدلے ہے، اس کا گوشت میرے بیٹے کے گوشت کے بدلے ہے، اس کی ہڈیاں میرے بیٹے کی ہڈیوں کے بدلے ہیں، اس کی کھال میرے بیٹے کی کھال کے بدلے ہے، اور اس کے بال میرے بیٹے کے بالوں کے بدلے ہیں۔ اے اللہ! اسے میرے بیٹے کے لیے آگ سے فدیہ بنا دے۔ بسم اللہ، اللہ اکبر۔

Aqiqah ki Dua in English

O Allah! This is the Aqiqah sacrifice for my son (mention the child’s name). His blood is in place of my son’s blood, his flesh is in place of my son’s flesh, his bones are in place of my son’s bones, his skin is in place of my son’s skin, and his hair is in place of my son’s hair. O Allah! Make it a ransom for my son from the fire. In the name of Allah, Allah is the Greatest.

When to Read Aqiqah Ki Dua

• The Aqiqah is usually performed on the 7th day after the child’s birth.
• However, if it cannot be done on the 7th day, it can be performed on the 14th, 21st, or any later possible day.
• The dua is read at the time of slaughtering the animal, with sincere intention and gratitude to Allah.
