Durood e Ibrahimi with Urdu & English Translation
Durood e Ibrahimi is one of the most powerful and authentic salutations upon the Prophet Muhammad ﷺ. It is recited in every Salah (Namaz) after Tashahhud and is considered the best form of sending peace and blessings upon the Prophet ﷺ and his family.
Reciting Durood brings countless rewards, gets rid of sins, and earns Allah’s mercy. It connects the believer at once with the Prophet ﷺ and is a means of gaining nearness to Allah.

Durood e Ibrahimi in Arabic:
اللَّهُمَّ صَلِّ عَلَىٰ مُحَمَّدٍ وَعَلَىٰ آلِ مُحَمَّدٍ كَمَا صَلَّيْتَ عَلَىٰ إِبْرَاهِيمَ وَعَلَىٰ آلِ إِبْرَاهِيمَ إِنَّكَ حَمِيدٌ مَجِيدٌ
اللَّهُمَّ بَارِكْ عَلَىٰ مُحَمَّدٍ وَعَلَىٰ آلِ مُحَمَّدٍ كَمَا بَارَكْتَ عَلَىٰ إِبْرَاهِيمَ وَعَلَىٰ آلِ إِبْرَاهِيمَ إِنَّكَ حَمِيدٌ مَجِيدٌ
Durood e Ibrahimi in Urdu:
اے اللہ! محمد ﷺ اور آلِ محمد ﷺ پر رحمت نازل فرما، جیسے تُو نے ابراہیم علیہ السلام اور آلِ ابراہیم پر رحمت نازل فرمائی۔ بے شک تُو تعریف کے لائق، بزرگی والا ہے۔
اے اللہ! محمد ﷺ اور آلِ محمد ﷺ پر برکت نازل فرما، جیسے تُو نے ابراہیم علیہ السلام اور آلِ ابراہیم پر برکت نازل فرمائی۔ بے شک تُو تعریف کے لائق، بزرگی والا ہے۔
Durood e Ibrahimi in English:
O Allah! Send Your mercy upon Muhammad ﷺ and upon the family of Muhammad ﷺ, as You sent mercy upon Ibrahim and the family of Ibrahim. Indeed, You are Praiseworthy, Most Glorious.
O Allah! Bless Muhammad ﷺ and the family of Muhammad ﷺ, as You blessed Ibrahim and the family of Ibrahim. Indeed, You are Praiseworthy, Most Glorious.

- During every Salah after Tashahhud
