Jumma Mubarak Dua with Urdu & English Translation

Muslims gather for Friday prayer (Salat al-Jumu‘ah), listen to the khutbah, and make special duas for forgiveness, success, and guidance.

The Prophet Muhammad ﷺ said:

“The best day on which the sun has risen is Friday.” (Sahih Muslim – 854)

Reciting Jumma Mubarak duas regularly brings peace, forgiveness, and divine blessings.

Jumma Mubarak Dua in Arabic:

اللَّهُمَّ اجْعَلْنِي مِنَ الَّذِينَ إِذَا أَحْسَنُوا اسْتَبْشَرُوا وَإِذَا أَسَاءُوا اسْتَغْفَرُوا

Jumma Mubarak Dua in Urdu:

اے اللہ! مجھے ان لوگوں میں بنا جو نیکی کریں تو خوش ہوں، اور برائی کریں تو استغفار کریں۔

Jumma Mubarak Dua in English:

O Allah, make me one of those who, if they do good deeds, they rejoice; and if they do bad deeds, they seek forgiveness.

When to Recite This Dua:

• After Fajr and before Jumu’ah prayer.
• During the khutbah silently in your heart.
• In the last moments before Maghrib on Friday.
• While making Durood upon Prophet Muhammad ﷺ.
• Any time during the blessed day of Friday.
