Azan ke baad ki dua is a Sunnah, recited immediately after hearing the azan. When the muezzin finishes the call, Muslims read this dua in which they ask Allah to grant the Prophet ﷺ Al-Wasilah (a special rank in Jannah) and intercession on the Day of Judgment.

اللَّهُمَّ رَبَّ هَذِهِ الدَّعْوَةِ التَّامَّةِ، وَالصَّلَاةِ الْقَائِمَةِ، آتِ مُحَمَّدًا الْوَسِيلَةَ وَالْفَضِيلَةَ، وَابْعَثْهُ مَقَامًا مَحْمُودًا الَّذِي وَعَدْتَهُ، إِنَّكَ لَا تُخْلِفُ الْمِيعَادَ

اے اللہ! اس کامل پکار اور قائم ہونے والی نماز کے رب! محمد ﷺ کو وسیلہ اور فضیلت عطا فرما، اور انہیں اُس مقامِ محمود پر فائز فرما جس کا تو نے ان سے وعدہ کیا ہے، بے شک تو وعدہ خلافی نہیں کرتا۔

O Allah, Lord of this perfect call and the established prayer, grant Muhammad ﷺ the means and virtue, and raise him to the Praised Station You have promised. Indeed, You do not break promises.
